A former Rolla – area cop faces child sex crime charges. 41 – year old Carl Swanson used to be a Doolittle police officer. He now faces statutory rape, sodomy and child molestation charges. The underage victim claims Swanson molested them hundreds of times at a home in St. James and at the Doolittle police station. Swanson is in the Phelps County Jail.
