A former Mid-Missouri substitute school teacher is charged with child sex crimes. Carissa Smith of Dixon faces charges including statutory rape and statutory sodomy.
Smith worked in the Dixon Schools. She stepped down last summer. Smith is accused of bribing the victims with alcohol, marijuana and money in exchange for sex.
