Fugitive is caught at the Lake of the Ozarks

You can unlock your doors. The bad guy is in custody. Lake area law officers have picked up Wiliam Horrighs. He was arrested after running from a traffic stop on Highway – 5 and trying to take a deputy’s gun yesterday morning.
