Hartsburg trailer fire was deliberately set

Like it’s not hot enough already. Michael Briggs is charged with arson after being accused of setting a camper on fire with someone inside. Deputies say they say Briggs pouring gas on a fire outside the trailer in Hartsburg Monday. He’s accused of threatening the victim’s life.
