State government owes Lincoln – U $300 – million. That’s the basis of a lawsuit filed by a group of Lincoln students and alumni. They claim the university has been shorted in land grant dollars for decades when compared to the University of Missouri.
Governor Kehoe and M-U President Mun Choi are named in the federal suit.
