Pulling a wheelie and blasting down city streets on your dirtbike will now land you a big fine in Jefferson City. Police are targeting groups who stage street takeovers with unlicensed motorcycles, ATVs and even cars. The ordinances prohibiting stunt driving are a response to growing number of complaints in city neighborhoods.
