Secretary of State Denny Hoskins has been ordered to appear before the Missouri Supreme Court Thursday morning. He will explain why he shall not be held in contempt of the High Court for telling election officials to use the congressional map that the court instructed him not to use. He’s to appear at 10-am Thursday.
