Holts Summit man charged in thefts

A Callaway County man is accused of stealing money from nursing home residents. 60 – year old Garrison Roddy is charged with stealing thousands of dollars. Our news partner ABC – 17 says the charges say Roddy accessed a patient’s checking account and took over $14,000.
