Some Jefferson City car break – ins are solved with an arrest. Sajan Karki is accused of breaking into cars earlier this month. Police say Karki was found with items taken from the cars, credit and debit cards and lots of cash.
Surveillance video also caught him in the act of defecating on a pool deck. Investigators say Karki is homeless.
