JC school gets new principal

Capital City High School gets a new principal this fall. Fulton Middle School Principal Beth Houf gets the job. She’ll replace Ben Meldrum, who leaves to become Blair Oaks new superintendent. Houf is the 2022 National Principal of the Year.
