JCCC inmate now faces murder charges

A Jefferson City Correctional Center inmate now faces murder charges in the state of California. Miles Clancy has been at the prison here since 2022 serving five years on drug charges. He’s charged with murder and robbery is a case from Bakersfield California. He’s being transferred to a California prison.
