JCMO conference center update

Jefferson City’s new hotel and conference center is on track to be up and running by summer of 2028. A market study from the developer claims the Capitol Avenue complex should see 70 – percent occupancy during it’s first five years in business. A 50 – percent rate is thought to be the ‘magic number’ for a conference center to be successful. The project will cost nearly $130-million.
