JCMO Councilmen pass $88-million budget

Jefferson City’s budget is a done deal. Councilmen approved the $88 – million spending plan. It includes more funding for police and fire. It also includes small pay raises for city staff. The Council discussed bonds to fund the new Madison St. parking garage.
