Fire investigators have concluded their investigation into the house that blew up in Jefferson City during the early morning hours of Nov. 30. They say the cause of the explosion may never be determined because of the extensive damage. Six people were hospitalized after the blast. One was trapped in the debris for more than 2 ½ hours.  The property owners told investigators that one of two gas furnaces in the home on St. Louis Rd. had not been working properly.
