Firefighters aren’t ruling out arson as the cause of an apartment building in the 1100 – block of on East McCarty Street around 1-a.m.today.
Jefferson City crews say the fire damaged one apartment and there is smoke damage in the rest of building.
No one was hurt, but five people were living in the complex. They are now investigating to see if the fire was deliberately set.
