JCMO man headed to federal prison for fake tax returns

A man from Jefferson City faces federal prison time for illegally preparing bogus tax returns. 41 – year old Josiah Mator Jr. will spend almost three years behind bars and will have to pay about $200,000 in restitution. He’s accused of getting refunds for over 50 claims that were fraudulent.
