A man who worked at a Jefferson City nursing home is now accused of raping an 81-year-old woman who suffers from dementia.
Our news partner ABC – 17 says Joseph Hull, of Jefferson City, was charged with rape and sexual conduct with a nursing facility resident.
A witness provided a video of the attack to law enforcement.
Hull allegedly admitted to law enforcement that he had sex with the victim and knew it was illegal.
