JCMO man now accused of murder in baby’s death

A Jefferson City man is now facing murder charges after his son dies. 28 – year old Kristopher Ruiz is accused of shaking his two – month old son back in August of last year. The baby died last month. Doctors say the child’s injuries were consistent with Shaken Baby Syndrome.
