Shooting a gun off your back porch might not be a great idea. Especially if the gun belongs to your girlfriend who just happens to be a Cole County deputy. Samuel Nevarez is accused of shooting off the deputy’s department issued Glock at the home on St. Mary’s Blvd Sunday. No one was hurt.
