JCMO parking may be at a premium

Good luck finding a parking space in downtown Jefferson City. Crews are now tearing down the Madison Street Parking Garage. The work is clearing the way for a new hotel, conference center and an attached garage. The demolition work will continue through at least early May. Crews earlier tore down the News Tribune building after the property was sold to the city for the conference center project.
