The owner of a Jefferson City Chinese restaurant is behind bars. Danny Cheng faces federal charges of harboring illegal aliens at a home in the Capital City. Cheng, who owns Dragon Kitchen, already faced charges that he owes employees nearly $1 – million in back wages.
