JCMO Salvation Army has family expansion planned

The homeless camped out in the woods in and around Jefferson City aren’t just male loners. More and more families are homeless, often sleeping in their cars. Jefferson City’s Salvation Army plans to build a new family wing. The expansion will add about 30 – beds. The agency needs to raise about $4 and a half million for the project.
