The cops are in the clear. Cole County’s Prosecutor says he won’t charge the Jefferson City police officers in the death of a woman in March. Officers were called out to a Gordon Street home for a burglary. Julie Knehans fired a shot and officers returned fire. The autopsy showed she killed herself.
