The stabbing death of a Lincoln U track athlete this week marks the third murder of 2026 in Jefferson City. Keyvaughan Goldson’s girlfriend and teammate Denita Jackson is charged in his death. In January Malcolm Mayes was charged with shooting and killing Jeremy Greer. Malang Akbari is accused of fatally stabbing his wife on January 13.
