Judge rules in underage abortion lawsuit

The judge throws out the lawsuit seeking to block access to abortions for underage girls. The Jackson County judge ruled against the Right By You group. The lawsuit challenged the requirement that minors get parental consent for an abortion. State law requires consent from at least one parent.
