A Cole County judge says a group challenging data centers proposed for Montogomery County can sue the county over the impact of the potential centers. Both Amazon and Google are building data centers across from each other on I-70 near New Florence.
Judge Cotton Walker did rule the group, Preserve Montgomery County, cannot go after the Department of Economic Development in the suit.
