Kids with drugs in their systems prompt charges

A woman is facing charges after three kids are found with drugs in their systems. Tayvian Brown faces child endangerment charges. A 3 – week old baby was taken to University Hospital after falling in a Jefferson City home while being watched by a 9 – year old back in June. Traces of drugs turned up after the 9 – year old, a 3 – year old and the baby were tested.
