Death Row is the next stop for the man convicted of killing a Hermann police officer and gravely wounding his partner. Jurors sentenced Kenneth Simpson in the 2023 shootings at a Casey’s store in Hermann. Mason Griffith died and Adam Sullentrup was shot but survived. The judge will have to formally sentence Simpson.
