Lake – area woman is recovering after a shooting

An elderly Dixon woman is recovering at University Hospital after she was shot. The 78 – year old victim was shot in the arm Tuesday at a home in Dixon . 31 – year old Jesse Roberts was arrested near Springfield. Investigators haven’t elaborated on what exactly happened. Roberts could face felony assault charges.
