A civil suit is settled in the on – duty death of an Osage Beach police officer. Phylicia Carson was killed when she crashed during a high – speed chase with Christopher Wehmeyer last year. Carson’s family will receive a $100,000 settlement. Wehmeyer faces murder and other charges. He’ll be in court in January.
