An announcement could come as early as this month. Boone Health president Brady Dubois joined 939 the Eagle’s Mike Murphy live on the “Eagle Eye drive at 5,” telling listeners that a partner brings economies of scale and capital for investment:

“We need some additional capital to expand service lines and to be able to really reinvest in key projects that we think this community needs,” Mr. Dubois says.

President Dubois told 939 the Eagle News and other reporters in July that the search for a strategic partner could involve a partnership, whether it’s with a larger health system or other independent health systems.

Boone Health serves 26 counties.
