Living Windows has been a tradition in downtown Jefferson City for more than two decades. You’ll see a Winter Wonderland with real snow tonight along with giant Holiday inflatables, the popular Polar Express trips and a live reindeer exhibit. The Boys and Girls Club drumline will perform as well.

You’ll be able to take a candlelight tour of the Governor’s Mansion in downtown Jefferson City on Friday evening December 5, 2025 (graphic courtesy of Governor Mike Kehoe’s office)

Tonight’s event is from 5:30 to 9. Governor and First Lady Mike and Claudia Kehoe will help light the tree at the Governor’s Mansion at 6, and that will be followed by candlelight tours of the Governor’s Mansion until 8 pm. The candlelight tours are free and open to the public.

Toys for Tots will also be on-hand at the governor’s Mansion to accept monetary donations and donations of new, unwrapped toys.
