Man accused as meth smuggler is caught

Cops say this guy had meth hidden everywhere. Walter Grace is accused of trying to smuggle the drugs into the Cole County Jail. He was charged this week after being arrest last month when cops found meth residue on some scales in his backpack. Three bags of meth were found in his shoe as he was being booked into the jail.
