Man and woman charged with child abuse after kid found wandering around in the dark in Versailles

A child is found wandering the streets of Versailles and now a couple faces child abuse charges. The toddler was found wearing a dirty diaper in a neighborhood Sunday night. Matthew Yoder and Ashley Franklin were arrested at a filthy nearby mobile home. Another child was found inside the trailer.
