A man from Holts Summit is again charged with car theft. 33 – year old Alex Stiefferman is accused of breaking into a State Technical College building and stealing a car last week. He was seen on video.
In June Stiefferman was arrested for taking a truck from the lot of Jim Butler Chevrolet in Linn.
