An argument over a dog leads to one man facing felony assault charges. 26 – year old David Jarrett is accused of shooting the victim at a Jefferson City home on East Cedar Way last week. He also faces endangering the welfare of a child charges because his 1 – year old son was in his truck with him when he was arrested.
