A driver is okay after driving into a flooded Cole County low water crossing. The driver was rescued from the top of a car submerged in the South Moreau Creek on Scrivener Road. Jefferson City fighters assisted Russellville Lohman crews in making the rescue around 5 – this Monday morning.
