Missouri River reopens to barges

A stretch of the Missouri River near Rocheport is back open to barge traffic. Mo-dot’s contractor was given 24 hours to remove the old I – 70 bridge debris from the river after Sunday’s demolition. That work is still underway but the navigation channel of the river has reopened.
