Missouri state government see some department heads moved around

The Governor does some ‘job juggling.’ Governor Mike Kehoe has named Corrections Director Trevor Foley as the new state budget chief. Dan Haug is retiring. Deputy Corrections Director Valarie Moseley will move into the top Corrections job.
