Missouri troopers: mid-Missouri paraglider who struck power lines sustains minor injuries

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) will be sending a representative to mid-Missouri’s Fortuna this morning, after Sunday evening’s paraglider crash in Morgan County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol tweeted last night that the paraglider pilot suffered only minor injuries, after his powered paraglider struck power lines. The man was ejected from the craft, according to troopers.

The site is in Morgan County, according to the Patrol.
