Mizzou flasher is hot water

A Mizzou student was being held in the Boone County jail this morning after exposing himself in the Defore-Graham residence hall on Friday and then threatening the witnesses who called authorities. That’s according to a probable cause statement by MU police. 19-year-old Reid Scott Cisel faces charges of sexual misconduct and tampering with a witness.
