A strong storm tore up structures in Randolph and Monroe Counties Monday.
The possible tornado went through the Middle Grove area, causing damage to homes and businesses. Both Glasgow and Slater in northern Mid – Missouri had a lot of damage as well. Slater’s grain elevator complex was badly damaged. Outages knocked out power to hundreds of people.
Our afternoon round of storms produced large hail and several tornado – warned storms. The fast moving storms also spawned flash flooding.
