The man who’s suspected of shooting and seriously wounding his wife at their Osage County home Friday has been identified. Deputies found 77 – year old Lawrence Scheppers dead from a gunshot wound. Officers say they received a call that he shot 76 – year old Paula Scheppers. She survived but her condition has not been released.
