New Cole Emergency Management Director named

Cole County gets a new Emergency Management Director. Mac Kennedy, the current Deputy Director, moves into the top job. Director Sam Gibson is moving back to an EMS role. Kennedy also serves as the Communications Chief for Cole EMS and the county’s Hazmat team.
