New hotel, convention center planned for JCMO

Jefferson City will see a new hotel and conference center that will replace the parking garage on Madison Street near the Governor’s Mansion. The city now owns the 200 – block of Madison. They’re now looking for a developer. The complex will break ground in 2025 and hopefully open in 2026.
