A woman from Tebbetts is charged with stealing near $12,000 from a nursing home victim. Michelle Weaver is accused of taking the money from the victim’s bank account over a three – year period. Weaver allegedly had power of attorney over the women’s account. Investigators also say Weaver never paid the nursing home close to $34,000 for the victim’s care.
