Old JCMO hotel is in disrepair

A pair of former Jefferson City councilmen say it’s time for the old Truman Hotel to be torn down. Cliff Olsen and Tom Brant told the Council this week the old run down hotel along Highway 54 is an eyesore and needs to be demolished. The Jefferson St. hotel, which was the Ramada Inn for years, has been vacant since 2015.
