A decades – old Cole County murder case is back in courtroom next week. William Chris Niemet of Fulton is accused of killing his Russellville classmate Greg Jones back in 1991. A Cole County judge recently dismissed the case only to see the Attorney General order the case be reinstated. Both the victim and the suspect were only 14 at the time of the murder.
