Rodeo fans from throughout mid-Missouri will be in Ashland next weekend for the 2026 Cattlemen Days rodeo.
It will take place next Friday and Saturday, August 28-29, and is being presented by the Cedar Valley Riders and the Ashland Optimist. The rodeo will start at 8 pm both evenings.
You’ll be seeing a lot of preparation in the next week before the rodeo starts. Organizers remind you that parking will be limited, and they encourage you to carpool to the rodeo if possible.
While rodeo tickets can be bought with a card, the Cattlemen Days rodeo is a cash-only event past the ticket booth.
