Jefferson City councilmen are set to review three candidates who want to fill an open city council seat. Derek Thomas resigned his 3rd Ward seat last month. Habitat for Humanity’s Susan Cook, KWOS Saturday show host Hal Dulle and state employee Emmett Spradlin all filed letters of interest in the job. The three are set to take part in a public forum next month.
